Y & Z of Office
Before i conclude this series, i have to confess, i’ve endured experienced enough more thing at my workplace to start the next series. So smile not, dear readers, i shall be back to haunt you with a brand new A-Z.
Till then, let’s see if you can manage to finish this one at least.
Y - Yes Men
People who believe that the number of “Yes”s they utter are directly proportional to their increment or chances of promotion. The hazards are higher if that person happens to be higher up in the hierarchy than you. Perhaps, their bosses are fatally allergic to the two-letter combination we pronounce as “no”.
Z - Zealous Over-timers
These are the glorious contributors without whom corporations would collapse, the bosses wouldn’t have an example of ‘true commitment’ to indicate and the office guard wouldn’t have someone to see ‘em off each night.
Sip the warmth from your mug, grab a cushion, and turn down the music - there is much to be said.
