Dare you not to Move
The discourse and acceptance of how “life always moves on” has been done to death. We say it, we hear it, we see it and we feel it; yet we fail to appreciate it.
Isn’t it a lifesaver (pun duly intended) that it has designed itself this way - that it waits for none and nothing?
Imagine if life started waiting on us while we despaired over problems and waded in our low waters - we would never get out of it! And if it did so while we reveled and walked on air, soon that too would become passe and we’ll be disgruntled entities with no bona fide reasons to be so.
Thank god for life refusing to be a pushover. May it always move on. And take us along.
Reminds me of that old Hindi song, “Gaadi bula rahi hai, seeti baja rahi hai..chalna hi zindagi hai, chalti hi jaa rahi hai (The train is calling, blowing the whistle..life is to move, and moving it is)…” :)
